The Bistrot chair is born from a curved line, a metal frame, a seat top. Nothing superfluous, everything essential.
Inspired by traditional old school and bistro chairs – everyday, familiar objects, imprinted in the collective memory – this model reinterprets their contemporaneity with important proportions and details.
The 25 mm metal tube frame gives stability and a strong character. The curved wood of the backrest and seat adds warmth and comfort.
Designed by MSstudio for Livoni 1895, Bistrot is a versatile and timeless chair. It is also available in an upholstered version and in different finishings, to adapt naturally to both domestic interiors and contract contexts.
This Bistrot chair is a project that does not pretend to amaze, but to remain. A chair of understated beauty. A fair design that finds its place in the world. – Marco Sorrentino
